Samsung Galaxy S6 Active: Best phone today!

Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is what Samsung Galaxy S6 should have been all the way! To start off with, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active comes with all the goodies Samsung Galaxy S6 has to offer and more. One thing I love about the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has to be its battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has almost 1000mAh battery compared to the Galaxy S6. In short, the battery life of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is just insane.

Galaxy-S6-ActiveThe key features of Samsung Galaxy S6 Active are as follows:

  • 5.1″ QHD Super Amoled Screen
  • Exynos 7420 14nm SoC
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 3500mAh Battery
  • 16MP Rear Camera with Optical Image Stabilization
  • 5MP Selfie Camera
  • 32GB of On-Board Storage
  • IP 67 Certification (Water and Dust Protection)

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is great in many ways but there are some quirks that you will need to live with. My biggest complaint is the lack of Micro-SD card slot. It would not would have been a problem if there was a 64GB or a 128GB variant but there isn’t! The other has to be the lack of finger-print scanner. I loved the finger-print scanner on the regular S6 and I would love to see it here. The last quirk I have is that this phone is AT&T exclusive!

Other than the aforementioned drawbacks, this phone is just lovely. Well, the Galaxy S6 Active may not as attractive as the regular S6 but it is much more functional! The phone is dust sealed and water-proof up-to 1.5m for 30 minutes. Also, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a dedicated Active physical button which you can configure according to your own wish!

If you are looking for a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active may be just the phone. Bust sure to check it out. One good reason why you may want to get it over the regular Galaxy S6 has to be its price. It costs the same as the Galaxy S6, i.e $199 on-contract. So, if you are on AT&T network, this is the phone you should go for.
