Rumors surrounding the best smartphones in the market are inevitable, and when it comes to flagship phones of leading companies, such as Samsung, they are even more exciting! The rumors have started so very early before the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S7. There have been so many speculations about it’s features, design and even more regarding it’s processor and some of them might even be true! Read Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 to be Galaxy S7 exclusive till April 2016 to find out more.
So, the main rumor surrounding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 is it’s processor, which apparently, there are two of them. The Galaxy S7 is supposed to arrive in two versions: one with Samsung’s own Exynos chip and the other with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. And even if it does, it’ll only appear on those models releasing in the US and China. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 pumps as much power as Apple’s A9 chip. It has had some issues with its heat management system with its predecessors which caused the phones to heat up with prolonged use. But this time, there’s apparently going to be a Liquid Cooling System for Snapdragon processors. But more importantly, the rumor says that the Snapdragon 820 is going to be exclusive for the Samsung Galaxy S7 till April, which means that no other phones will have access to it till then, so, no other smartphone company will launch a device supporting the particular chip. The Samsung Galaxy S7 will be the sole Snapdragon 820 powered smartphone in the market, until April 2016, at least.
This can be good for the company as the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be the only one featuring the Snapdragon 820 which will make it the most powerful smartphone in the market until the others arrive with the same SoC, which gives it some competitive edge. But since it’ll arrive earlier in the market with the 820, the other companies might be able to improve on what’s lacking, and can come up with better phones, so, we’ll wait and see. 1i1o.com will come with new information about this news.
Also, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is rumored to have a better display, pressure-sensitive touch ( just like Apple’s 3D Touch), a better camera and an expandable storage with microSD slot. So, let’s see if the Samsung Galaxy S7 will meet our expectations.Stay tuned at AppGameBlog for more tech news and reviews.
